This group offers an exploration of the mental dimensions of instrumental practice through concrete tools: breathing, visualization, EFT, body awareness, and cognitive strategies. The aim is not only to manage stage fright more effectively, but also to rediscover greater freedom, pleasure, and fluidity in both practice and performance.”
